Refund and Fees Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions concerning fees, charges, and refund processes for transactions carried out on hitch zone (i.e. Kottakota Business Development Pvt. Ltd.). By using our platform, you agree to the following terms regarding fees and refunds.

Fees and Charges Platform Fee

The platform fee is applied for the cross-management of our internal servers and infrastructure to ensure optimal service. This fee is non-refundable, and no Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied. Customers are responsible for paying this fee as part of their transaction on hitch zone (i.e., Kottakota Business Development Pvt. Ltd.).

Platform Deposit Fee

The platform fee is applied for the cross-management of our internal servers and infrastructure to ensure optimal service. This fee is non-refundable, and no Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied. Customers are responsible for paying this fee as part of their transaction on hitch zone (i.e., Kottakota Business Development Pvt. Ltd.).

Minimum Business Guarantee Amount

Each product offered on the platform will specify a minimum business guarantee in the information section. This guarantee refers to the minimum level of business activity that must be achieved within a defined timeframe to be eligible for a refund of the platform deposit fee.

Such modifications will be communicated on the platform and through the customer’s registered communication channels (SMS, Emails).

Failure to meet the Requirements – This will result in forfeiture of the platform deposit fee.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to address issues that may arise from technical errors and/or service disruptions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the specific conditions outlined below:

  • Payments made on our platform that were not processed due to technical errors or invalid details – they will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of the failed transaction.

Note – Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our customer support team via the contact information provided on our “About Us” page (phone, email, or mailing address).

Non Refundable Cases
  • When the customer fails to meet the minimum business guarantee for a product within the stipulated time period
  • The refund request is linked to products or services for which hitch zone has already been charged by third parties (e.g., banks, service providers), but the customer has not received the desired product due to external factors.
  • hitch zone reserves the right to refuse refunds or chargebacks in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our services. This measure is in place to protect both hitch zone and our customers from financial harm.
Fraud and Chargeback Policies

In the event of suspected fraud, hitch zone (Kottakota Business Development Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to investigate the transaction thoroughly before processing a refund. If fraud is confirmed, the refund or chargeback request will be denied.

Any violation of our terms of service or guidelines may lead to account suspension or closure.

  • In such cases – no refunds will be processed
Deposit Policy

hitch zone (Kottakota Business Development Pvt. Ltd.) collects deposits as security payments from customers. It’s for the use of specific products available on our platform. The deposits are refundable under certain conditions:

  • The customer meets the minimum business guarantee for the chosen product within the specified timeframe.
  • The account closure is initiated by Kottakota Business Development Pvt. Ltd. due to a breach of our terms of service – and not the customer.
  • Account closure occurs due to inactivity, non-compliance with our terms of service, or a third-party request (e.g., from a bank or regulatory body).

Note – If the customer meets the business activity criteria and wishes to proceed with a refund, they can get in touch with our support team.

The customer will need to provide all required documentation as per the specific product’s guidelines to initiate the refund process.

Modifications of Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend the fees & charges policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through updates on our platform and notifications to customers via registered communication channels.
