• You are in charge of keeping your account and password private and controlling who has access to your computer. You consent to taking ownership of all activities that happen under your account or password.
• To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our service, you agree and promise that you are at least 18 years old.

• To make a bill payment, you must have a Bill Payment Account with HitchPayments. You can set up a Bill Payment Account by providing your name, email address, and password.
• You can make a bill payment using our service by providing the required information, such as the biller's name and account number.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide us is accurate and complete. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the information you provide us.
• We will make a reasonable effort to process your bill payment on the date you specify. However, we cannot guarantee that your payment will be processed on that date.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reject any bill payment that we believe may be fraudulent or unauthorized.

• To recharge your mobile phone, you must have a Mobile Recharge Account with HitchPayments. You can set up a Mobile Recharge Account by providing your name, email address, and password.
• You can recharge your mobile phone using our service by providing the required information, such as your mobile number and the amount you wish to recharge.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide us is accurate and complete. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the information you provide us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reject any mobile recharge that we believe may be fraudulent or unauthorized.

• You may cancel your HitchPayments account at any time by contacting us.
• We may cancel or suspend your account at any time at our sole discretion.
• Upon cancellation or suspension of your account, you will no longer be able to access our service.

• Even if we've been made aware of the risk of indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or other intangibles, we won't be responsible for them.
• No matter the form of action (contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise), we will never be liable to you for more than the total amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
