Co-branded PPIsTogether with any other company or organization that will be a co-branding partner, you will receive these PPIs.
The agreement with the Enterprise will determine whether these co-branded PPIs are reloadable or not. As agreed upon between Hitch Zone and the Enterprise, these PPIs may take the shape of wallets or cards.
Furthermore, based on the use case and the product proposal that Hitch Zone and the Enterprise agreed upon, there might be limitations on the use of such co-branded PPI.
The restrictions on these PPIs will depend on the type of PPI that was given to you.
If you have any disagreements with these co-branded cards, you will need to use Hitch Zone's grievance redressal process.
Add-on cardWallet PPI holders, often referred to as primary users, will receive add-on cards. If you specifically request it, you may be provided these for personal or corporate use.
Depending on the situation, you can give your child, dependant, or other user such an add-on card. The primary user's wallet is connected to the add-on card.
Every transaction made by the kid, dependant, or other user will be visible to the primary user, who will have full access rights. Additionally, the primary user has the ability to limit the use of the add-on card or set limits for such children or dependents.
By default, the limits for these add-on cards will be the same as the limits for the PPI types for which they were issued.
Only the primary user may file a grievance against an add-on card.
As a Full-KYC customer, you will receive PPI services that are interoperable. Two methods will be used to provide interoperability: Issuing network-powered cards, like Visa, Mastercard, and Rupay cards, that are compatible with EMV Chips and PINs. These cards allow users to use them at all locations that accept them, as well as through UPI for PPI-to-PPI transactions between Hitch Zone Account holders, PPI wallets, and merchants of other issuers.
While offering this interoperability feature, Hitch Zone will abide by the rules set forth by the NPCI and the specific card networks.

For every wallet transaction, you will need to input your password or PIN.
We may implement suitable restrictions and checks to limit repeated unsuccessful attempts to log in or access Your PPI, inactivity, periodic timeouts, etc. for the safety and security of Your PPI.
As soon as a debit or credit transaction is made using your PPI, you will be notified. Following the completion of the transaction, the aforementioned alerts will additionally show the available amount in your PPI. You must notify us right once if the transaction was not carried out by you.
The ability to turn on and off your PPI card and set or change the transaction limits for various channels will be enabled.
You will be in charge of protecting your PPI and making sure that all procedures are followed for its safekeeping and approved use. You must keep the password private and not share it with anyone, either in writing or verbally. Hitch Zone will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from you disclosing private information about your Hitch Zone account to a third party and allowing unauthorized use of your account.
If you would want to report any illegal use or access to your account, you can do so by emailing support@hitchpayments.com, calling our 24-hour toll-free number, or using the direct link on our website or mobile application. The Customer Grievance Redressal Policy, which is accessible on Hitch Zone's website, outlines the comprehensive reporting process as well as Hitch Zone's liability and with regard to unauthorized payment activities.
When it comes to add-on cards, the principal user bears the final responsibility for security, confidentiality, and accountability. All activities and transactions carried out by the holder of add-on cards will be the primary user's responsibility. The primary user is responsible for making sure that the password, login credentials, and other private data pertaining to the PPI or add-on card are never compromised.

You can request that the available balance in the PPI be transferred to your source account, which is where your PPI is loaded, if you want to close or terminate your account.
The use of PPIs in the form of cards will continue until the card's stated validity or expiration date. Your PPI account will not, however, expire when your cards do.
The Gift PPI will remain valid for a year after it is issued. Any unused balance that has been in the PPI for longer than three years will be moved to the Profit and Loss Account at the end of that time, unless the customer claims it.
In the event that your PPI is about to expire, we will notify you via email, SMS, phone, notification, or any other correspondence at least 45 days before the expiration date.
Deposit/load of PPIThe RBI has established restrictions that regulate the maximum amount that can be placed into the Hitch Zone Account. These include account balance limits, transaction limits, and monthly limits.
Hitch Zone may, at its discretion, place further restrictions on the amount of money you can deposit into your account in addition to the RBI rules. To learn more about constraints, please refer to our FAQ. These restrictions are subject to change at hitch zone’s sole discretion.
Money can be deposited into your account from a variety of funding sources. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, transfers from other Hitch Zone accounts, reloads by an enterprise, and so on are some examples of these sources.
Should your transaction prove to be unsatisfactory, the appropriate dispute resolution procedure will be used, which varies depending on the financing source.
If a deposit is later deemed invalid for any reason, you will be responsible for paying Hitch Zone the full amount of the deposit plus all associated fees. This implies that, in addition to any other liabilities, you will be liable for the deposit amount plus any associated fees in the event that you lose a chargeback or claim, or if the deposit is reversed.
The bank or the debit or credit card issuer will decide if the dispute is legitimate and who should be paid if the deposit's funding source owner later contests the deposit or submits a chargeback claim.
You consent to Hitch Zone deducting the balance from your hitch zone account in order to collect any such monies. You agree to pay Hitch Zone back in another way if there aren't enough money in your account to satisfy your liability. To the extent permitted by law, Hitch Zone may try to get in touch with you, try to collect the money from your other funding sources, or pursue other legal options to get the money back if it is unable to do so from your primary funding source.
Inactive PPI and Closure/ Termination/ Suspension of PPIThe validity period specified in Section 6 above will apply to your PPIs.
If there is an outstanding balance in your PPI after the PPI has expired, you can ask us to start the process of refunding the remaining sum. After fulfilling the relevant KYC requirements, we shall transfer the aforementioned balance to the bank account you have connected or to any other bank account whose details you have provided at the time of initiating such a refund. The PPI shall be deemed inactive if you do not conduct any financial transactions on it for a period of one year in a row. In such instances, we shall notify you at least 11 months before the date to use any remaining funds in your PPI or to transact.
By calling our customer service number, +91-8093099750, from your registered mobile number, or by sending an email to support@hitchpayments.com, you can reactivate or renew your account. Upon receiving your request for reactivation, we will check your information according on the kind of PPI you have. We will restart your PPI after our verification process is complete. Hitch Zone retains the right to reject your request for reactivation if it does not pass the required verifications; we will notify you via email or phone of this

If necessary, we may also report your account and transaction details to the relevant regulator, government, or other agency.
If you breach this T&C agreement or any of the rules outlined here, or if we have cause to suspect that you have violated any of the rules outlined by the Government of India, we reserve the right to terminate your PPI.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the instrument at any time without providing any prior warning or explanation, and to temporarily or permanently revoke the privileges associated with it. It is made quite clear, though, that the withdrawal—whether temporary or permanent—will automatically result in the loss of all associated privileges, perks, and services. In these situations, Hitch Zone has the right, at its sole discretion, to impose an annual maintenance fee of ₹250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) plus the relevant GST. The charges will be subtracted from the available balance in the account, and Hitch Zone will send the account holder an email, SMS, or other suitable communication channel to inform them of the deduction.
By notifying the account user via SMS, email, or another appropriate method and asking them to complete at least one financial transaction within forty-five (45) days of the notice date, Hitch Zone will attempt to reactivate such dormant accounts. Your PPI will not receive the refund if you paid for the transactions for which you are requesting a refund using another payment method. You have the option to pay merchants using the available amount in your PPI in return for products or services.
You may file a dispute with us if you are unhappy with the merchant's service or if you have not gotten the items or services that the seller promised.
